Fenestrated aortic arch repair, from a pure femoral access!

A case report from the Hamburg University Heart Center is now published in the Journal of Endovascular Therapy. The case report covers an endovascular aortic arch repair using a pre-loaded fenestrated stent-graft and where the Guidewire Fixator was used to secure the guidewire position in the LSA, obviating the brachial-femoral through-and-through access, and thus enabling the entire treatment from a pure femoral access. Consult the article for details regarding stent-graft configuration end deployment sequence.
